Attorney Akhenaton Royes earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Richmond School of Law in Richmond, Virginia. During his studies, he developed a strong foundation in family law and financial law, which would later shape his passion for helping people resolve debt and rebuild financially.

After graduating, he relocated to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area (the DMV) and was admitted to the D.C. Bar in 2017. He gained valuable experience working with respected business and bankruptcy law firms throughout the region, where he handled a variety of matters involving Chapter 7 filings, business formation, contract disputes, and corporate compliance.

These early years gave him firsthand insight into both the challenges individuals face when burdened by debt and the complexity of legal systems that often seem inaccessible to everyday people.
